Insurance Sales Representative

Location: Miami Springs, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM | One Saturday per month, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with inbound and outbound leads.
• Make outbound sales calls and generate new business opportunities.
• Educate customers on insurance products, coverages, and policy options.
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Manage and organize lead pipelines, follow-ups, and daily sales activities.
• Maintain accurate records and customer information.
• Meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide ongoing support to clients and help identify additional coverage needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with prospects and clients over the phone.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is highly preferred.

• Salary + Uncapped commission-based compensation with significant earning potential $45,000-$95,000 per year
